VICTORY – Based on America First Legal’s Complaint, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights Has Opened an Investigation of Loudoun County Public Schools for Violating Title IX
On January 18, 2023, America First Legal (AFL) filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR) demanding an investigation into the Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), in Ashburn, VA, for violating Title IX of the Higher Education Act of 1972. AFL alleged that LCPS infamously mishandled sexual assault incidents that resulted from a “non-binary” male student entering the girls’ bathroom and assaulting a female student, acting with deliberate indifference to allegations of sexual assault and harassment and willfully ignoring its Title IX obligations.
Last week, OCR notified AFL that in response to its complaint, OCR has opened a Title IX investigation of LCPS.
America First Legal will continue to hold school districts accountable for failing to comply with federal law and to protect children from the sinister woke agenda that is infiltrating our American education system. We will continue to monitor the investigation to ensure OCR acts appropriately and according to the law.

“It is paramount that our public schools enact and enforce policies to keep students safe while at school. A special grand jury report demonstrated that Loudoun County Public Schools woefully failed in that respect, in part because of the utter lack of a competent Title IX process. We are pleased that the Department of Education has opened an investigation into this dereliction of duty,” said Ian Prior.
I will have less of a presence on The Torrid Tribe Community. We have very little activity here. This is a sign to me that members have found other social media resources that they are spending more time in. I am happy to see less censorship on social media in general. I started The Torrid Tribe 4 years ago when we were in a state of censorship and lockdowns. It was a difficult time and this was a haven and sanctuary for so many.
I will be lightly posting things here to give you all content to see. This community will always be open to everyone and will resurrect to its full capacity if subscribers show they want it fully operational again with full time administration.

Socialism.
What does this have to do with America? Well, the Democrat Party has become the socialist party. Mamdani is an avowed socialist and so are many other mayors throughout the nation—most recently one was elected in the city of Seattle. Karen Bass is the mayor of LA and visited Cuba. She’s an ardent admirer of Fidel Castro.
Most Democrats don’t call it socialism—at least, not yet. They loudly sing out, “OUR DEMOCRACY,” while condemning Republicans and Trump at every turn. Like Stalin and Castro, Democrats want to control the elections and lock in their power. They’ve done it by gerrymandering, and utilizing corrupt mail-in ballots, as well as allowing illegals to vote. That’s why Biden let 10 million of them in—so they could vote for ‘free stuff’ socialism.
