No, it’s not too done, it was exactly 132F.
I would prefer it around 128 or so, but I was cooking for a crowd, well 6 people, and @The_CINC just since we’ve retired, started not wanting her steak gray. Tough as shoe leather.
When we met, she put ketchup on her steak. It’s been a journey.

6.28lb Prime Rib, since all I eat is meat, I ate close to half of it.
We neglected to take a picture before it got dark. The bugs were beginning to bite.
