Let’s break it down. But we have to go back to 2018….
TVA is a federally owned corporation.
Primary shares are held by the govt, but the day to day operates like a corporation.
Senate Oversight Committee and/or POTUS appoints TVA board of Directors.
Chairman of the Oversight Committee was Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY).
TVA BoD then hires a CEO.
Jeff Lyash was appointed by the TVA BoD in 2018 and took the role in 2019 after Senate confirmation. That was during Trump’s first term.
Base pay was $1.1M with performance incentives enacted by the Senate. His pay comes directly from electricity revenue and shareholders (govt) make money as well. We as taxpayers do not pay his salary.
Lyash is retiring after 40 years in the industry at the end of the fiscal year.

I will have less of a presence on The Torrid Tribe Community. We have very little activity here. This is a sign to me that members have found other social media resources that they are spending more time in. I am happy to see less censorship on social media in general. I started The Torrid Tribe 4 years ago when we were in a state of censorship and lockdowns. It was a difficult time and this was a haven and sanctuary for so many.
I will be lightly posting things here to give you all content to see. This community will always be open to everyone and will resurrect to its full capacity if subscribers show they want it fully operational again with full time administration.
