The California Governor has announced his administration will not recognize the 'Trump Accounts' tax-deferred status at the state level - meaning residents in California will be on the hook for additional state taxes on accounts held by minors as young as five years old.

Critics say this is the latest example of Newsom's overreaching government, prioritizing revenue grabs and fueling fraud in the state,
"What kind of leader would impose taxes on a savings account meant for a child's future?"
Trump Accounts were included in the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" signed into law last year.
They function as traditional IRAs for children under 18, offering tax advantages to encourage long-term savings.

This isn't the only example of how Newsom's California ignores legal protections, even targeting active-duty military personnel.
In one example, an active-duty U.S. Marine stationed in California under PCS orders - non resident - had the funds frozen in his Navy Federal account, claiming owed state income tax even though he already filed his taxes and was not a California resident.
Under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), military pay is exempt from state taxation for non-residents.
When he tried to fight it, sent his W-2s and spoke with representatives, he said they either hung up or ignored his voicemails,
Another example comes from a Department of Defense family who was hit with a $20,000 garnishmentāeven though they already paid.

I will have less of a presence on The Torrid Tribe Community. We have very little activity here. This is a sign to me that members have found other social media resources that they are spending more time in. I am happy to see less censorship on social media in general. I started The Torrid Tribe 4 years ago when we were in a state of censorship and lockdowns. It was a difficult time and this was a haven and sanctuary for so many.

What does this have to do with America? Well, the Democrat Party has become the socialist party. Mamdani is an avowed socialist and so are many other mayors throughout the nationāmost recently one was elected in the city of Seattle. Karen Bass is the mayor of LA and visited Cuba. Sheās an ardent admirer of Fidel Castro.
Most Democrats donāt call it socialismāat least, not yet. They loudly sing out, āOUR DEMOCRACY,ā while condemning Republicans and Trump at every turn. Like Stalin and Castro, Democrats want to control the elections and lock in their power. Theyāve done it by gerrymandering, and utilizing corrupt mail-in ballots, as well as allowing illegals to vote. Thatās why Biden let 10 million of them ināso they could vote for āfree stuffā socialism.
