Matt Walsh raises a point that deserves serious consideration: America needs both congressional term limits and a reasonable maximum age for holding federal elected office.
This isn’t about disrespecting senior citizens or claiming that everyone declines at the same age. It’s about recognizing that public office is a temporary responsibility—not a lifetime entitlement.
Set the age ceiling high—perhaps 80—and apply it equally to both parties. Then establish firm term limits for Congress so politicians cannot spend 30, 40, or 50 years accumulating power while becoming increasingly disconnected from the people they represent.
The presidency is already limited to two elected terms. Why should members of Congress be permitted to remain in power for virtually their entire adult lives?
Experienced lawmakers could still advise, teach, write, mentor future leaders, or serve their communities without occupying the same seat indefinitely. America has millions of capable citizens. Our government should continually make room for fresh leadership, new ideas, and the next generation.
The greatest obstacle is obvious: the politicians benefiting from the current system would have to approve the constitutional changes that limit their own power.
Public service should be a chapter in someone’s life—not a lifelong claim to power.

I will have less of a presence on The Torrid Tribe Community. We have very little activity here. This is a sign to me that members have found other social media resources that they are spending more time in. I am happy to see less censorship on social media in general. I started The Torrid Tribe 4 years ago when we were in a state of censorship and lockdowns. It was a difficult time and this was a haven and sanctuary for so many.
I will be lightly posting things here to give you all content to see. This community will always be open to everyone and will resurrect to its full capacity if subscribers show they want it fully operational again with full time administration.
