Both questions are easy to answer. I got the answer for the second question about full hospitals from my doctor, who has to visit the hospital each time he has to be in the ambulance when it takes a patient from here to Boise. They are testing the nurses constantly, and the PCR test is very easy to manipulate to create positive results by ramping up the amplification cycle count from 20 to over 35. So they tell the nurse(s) that she tested positive and has to go home for two weeks. Hospitals have to have a certain number of nurses per bed, and when the nurse count goes down, the beds have to be idled, so they may only have one, or no, COVID cases in the hospital, but they are "overflowing." Everything with Big Pharma is smoke and mirrors, and lying with statistics, such as using relative efficacy for the vaccine, which they say is 95%, but the real efficacy they need to quote is absolute efficacy, and that is only 1.3%! It/they has/have no efficacy because they are not vaccines. Israel is sure learning about that the hard way right now, as India has already learned too.

The death count was ramped up by a government edict that anyone who had a positive COVID test result, and for a long time they were creating 100% positive test results, if they died from any cause whatever in the following 28 days (it is now 30 days) it had to be called a COVID death. Also, in places like New York, anyone who was checked into the hospital for just about anything, was put on an IV, given heavy sedatives, put in a bed in the COVID wing or ward, and quickly put on a ventilator, where they kept him/her until the lungs filled up and they died. Why do you think they banned any family in hospitals! We would never have known about that except a very brave nurse in Florida, who volunteered to go to New York to help them, after they sent out a call for help, saw what they were doing. She talked to a very sharp lawyer, and he got her special glasses which secretly recorded what she saw and heard. In the video she actually argues with the doctors about that they are doing, but they refused to stop, probably because the hospital received $10,000 for each COVID patient they admitted, and also got $35,000 for each one they put on a ventilator. She was soon fired. Both hospital payment amounts have now been increased. I do have the video the nurse recorded, and it is heartbreaking. I got the video a year or so ago at the height of the New York "murders." I have been on top of this since 3 weeks after the COVID plandemic started, when they said to stay home until you are unable to breathe and near death before coming to the hospital, and then they banned the use of the drugs that really worked well, replacing them with a failed AIDS drug that only has a 28% efficacy with COVID. So they worked very hard to create a big death toll, and now they will be doing the same thing using the vaccines.

One thing for sure, if they ever figure out what I know, I am toast. :-(
